It was clean, room is big, bathrooms with all amenities , had a good breakfast ( a wide variety - even if I only took my cappuccino & a croissant because I usually don't eat a big breakfast . They have friendly & accomodating staff especially Rosalia at the reception. It's a small hotel but it has everything that the traveler needs. Above all, a private parking space is important for me because street parking is dangerous.

The staff was awesome, very kind and professional. The room that we stayed in was nice, quiet and comfy, and the bed was large! The Hotel is very well located (you can catch the train to Duomo in a walking distance of 5 minutes) and our room was very silent. Ah, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby too.

Cisto i udobno, prostrana soba. Ima sve sto je neophodno. Parking ispred hotela 2e po satu, ili u dvoristu iza 15e po danu. Metro je 5min peske i do Duoma ima 7 stanica. Osoblje veoma korisno i ljubazno.

The hotel was close to the center, easy to get there by tram or metro. The room we had was spacious and had small balcony. The staff was friendly and nice. Overall it was a very nice stay and would stay there again.

Really really good value for the money. Good breakfast, nice and spacious room and the bed is really comfortable. Also, the staff is really really nice and friendly and helpful even with city recommendations or places to grab a bite. We really liked it. And the best part, there’s a tram ( Line 2) directly to the City Center and the hotel is in a 20 minutes walk from Milano P. Garibaldi so if you’re arriving on Bergamo, you can walk from the railway station to the hotel without any problems.

The entire staff are wonderful! Very friendly and helpful. The hotel is older but very charming. Our room was spacious and clean. It is a bit away from the historic center, but it is very easy to get there by the metro.. The staff make the hotel. If we get back to Milan, we will definitely stay there again.

Nice staff,when we asked about an extra blanket, was read for us in a minute. Clean place, comfortable mattress, good selected breakfast. Great location, close to M3 yellow line just a few minutes away. Good standard for good money.
